Moira Kelly was born Queens, New York. In 1984 Moira was cast in a small role in Connetquot Senior High School's production of Annie. The director chose to recast Moira as Grace Farrell. She was a huge success. This kicked off her career in acting.
She is best known for her roles on Twin Peaks and One Tree Hill. [1]
