In The Series[]

The Human Enigma[]

Dahlia is the United Kingdom ambassador to the United States with ties to Manticore. She lives in Virginia. She is on a mission to get the Citadel X Case, which contains nuclear codes inside. She threatens a former Manticore asset, Harold McCulough, to get her this case. She also calls the twins Davik and Anders Silje to ask them to get the case. They successfully retrieve it, to Dahlia's delight.

Spies Appear In Night Time[]

Dahlia gets a call from Davik who warns her that the X Case was stolen. He tells her he's tracking it and tells her he saw Mason Kane alive. Dahlia looks shocked, having believed he died. She tells him to bring her the case and Kane.

At the end of the episode, Dahlia speaks to Bernard, who is alive after being shot by Bernard and tied up in her home as a prisoner. She tells him she looks forward to hearing all of Citadel's secrets from him.

Infinite Shadows[]

Dahlia laughs while she has her men torture Bernard while she watches and eats cake. She tells him about the Citadel technology they stole before the rest was destroyed. She asks him for a nineteen digit password to access the system but Bernard won't budge so she threatens his family.

She has her men continue to torture Bernard, telling him she did the same with agent Carter Spence.

Dahlia threatens Bernard's family and asks him to give the nuclear codes to save them. Bernard relents and gives them to her, assuming his family would be safe, but Dahlia gives the order to kill them anyway explaining to Bernard that it's an "eye for an eye" for what he did to her.

Dahlia realizes that she needs Mason Kane's fingerprints to activate the nuclear weapons. She has someone in Morocco connect her with Mason. Dahlia tells him she needs him to get the nuclear weapons to save his daughter, Asha, who he newly found out about.

Secrets in Night Need Early Rains[]

Dahlia holds Asha captive while forcing Mason and Nadia to go on a mission for her. She asks them to hack into a Russian submarine to obtain nuclear cores for her. The sub can only be hacked with Mason’s biodata which is why she needs him to do the job. She sends Davik to help. During the mission, Davik betrays her, knowing she killed Anders, but Dahlia told him she doesn’t mess with traitors.

After Mason, Nadia, and Carter successfully complete the mission, Dahlia advises Cristoph before she completes the trade with them for Asha. However, Dahlia doesn’t hear anything from Cristoph and she knows something is off. She decides to fake her own death and blow up her home. She leaves it and drives away.

In a flashback to many years before, Dahlia meets with Mason Kane. It is revealed that Dahlia is Mason’s mother and that Thomas was his father. Thomas died in an explosion initiated by Citadel.
